Not all Department Managers was Laid off last Thursday, They still have lots of them in differents stores with differents roles that they don't even think in remove or laid off. Position was eliminated just for about 900. They are now recruiting 40hrs Department Supervisor. I'm sure they was able to offer that position to the ones get laid off before terminated. "Give them the choice to stay or leave " But was not that way. The Best for BBB is start to change the Old mind of business, and stop the most Ridiculous return policy ever.

They are trying to make the company appear more profitable, by choosing the highest paid managers to get layed off. Then bringing people in for 1/3 the salary. It's still not enough, they are dumping the company (selling it)

They announced last year that they were eliminating the DM role and did offer the D. Supervisor position .. not sure if it was extended to all. Most would not have accepted an hr role ..
