He has been doing this since day one! I have kept a list of everyone one of his "big" pushes and visions - and I am at a level that has allowed access to all of the roll outs - it is funny looking back at the roll out and contradictions. Pathological, greedy leadership is a better term. A typical roll out that involved creating shock and awe among the ranks and everyone guessing. This is not leadership - this is simply authoritarian rule at its basics. Throwing dollars and people in the wind. Unfortunate that the board did not have the backbone.
