There won't be any layoffs before Q2 results are announced on July 27th. Intel respects the quiet period, 4 weeks before results announcements. Intel cannot announce major changes including big layoffs. But come Q2 results...

Vegas bet....it will be VSP/ERP. This way no WARN notices need filed with state govt.
