Since the ASM downsizing we have had about a dozen full-time employees leave for better opportunities. In all but one case the postings for their jobs have been for part-time associates.

you think this is new???? Thus has been the same for years. replace a full timer with a part timers. They don't lay you off they force you to move on. Lets ot give you a pay raise and no future you'll leave eventually. Lowe's is a bunch of pussies now.
