head cashier is a waste of time anyway. They would be better off hiring more cashiers and getting rid of head cashiers. Those are the ones that want to just sit back and play all day.
I heard that there would be a reduction in Head Cashiers too, since so many other people will have override abilities. I also heard that since they are adding people to the PSE/PSI etc they would all become their own Customer Service desk and handle all of their own returns and complaints basically eliminating half of the HC responsibility. Lol! I'd love to see that.
Could be what the meeting is about tomorrow..... Sudden meetings is always bad news.
All they do at my store is huddle in a group and b--ch about men lol.
Please. Positions are eliminated at the end of pay periods, not at the very beginning of one. Try harder next time.
