I worked in the store for 3 years now i just got transfer to an different store due to lazy mangers i was doing his job and got the pay pretty much. they hired LAZY services mangers and rude and nasty one at that. mine had to respect for women or for anyone at that.
He would call me on my day off to b--ch and yell at me. tell me i was never doing my job right. but yet he was in the office eating all the time. he told me one day i'm an manger I'm not allowed to move any boxes sorry thats ur job not mine but yet the other mangers are on the folk lifts on order pickers etc...
I'm sorry they should give them an manger class... they let there JOB title get to there heads and not care for others. days i needed off he would tell me nope sorry. he was the worst person ever. i was never allowed to vent to anyone cuz he would tell me off for getting in trouble. he seems not to care about anything or anyone feelings. he is an heartless soul. he killed it for me.
I used to love my job and helping customers and we have the rudest ones at that. Lowes needs to see the bad and the roots of all evil thats going on in some stores. we have the best store manger I've ever seen and u cant talk to him cuz me or anyone would get yelled for speaking out.. I had to change my life my kids life and go to an different store cuz of BAD MANAGEMENT
