The Wabasha MN plant was also bought by Cardinal Health. That's where I work. They will restructure, some will be laid off. Many plants were bought by Cardinal Health and every time when something like this happens heads fly - management is always under scrutiny - also they try to 'streamline' work, shared services, sending support jobs into shared service centers, etc.
