Best thing would be instead of outsourcing workers, who are doing real work, they should outsource most of the useless,arrogant and power hungry Middle managers. They don't even deserve package. They will not find jobs in this economy as they have no skills. Other Co's require MBA or Management experience.. @ CP it's all about Friends and Family... Useless Code of Conduct.. HR is joke with fake smile. Huge amount is paid to Micro-Strategy ( kickbacks ). Hope they get rid-off little Monster Capt. Chaos. His travel budget for entire year will save 20 jobs @ CP.
If you look at Major IT managers, none of them have any clue about HW/SW nor any managerial skills.
First thing you hear from them is "Who" did it.. instead of "How" this can be fixed..
