If Conduent pulls out or keep laying off people how are people going to survive. 300 layoffs while only 100 job openings in the area. Doesn't look so good. Should I sell my house and get out out of Rochester before my house becomes worthless???

What a Ponzi scheme! Layoff 200 workers only to hire 350 workers for a call center?! Then why layoff people at all just transfer them and train them for the jobs needed. To cut costs? Whatever... this in itself is a waste of money! It's like watching corporate play 3 card monty with employees livelihood. Ridiculous!!!!
