Secretary work. Zero leadership. The director "leading" this team, L. Chrch,is a big fat slob only interested in keeping her job. When she's not stuffing her face, she's arguing with other teams or kissing Modem Engineering's a*.
Lol. Program managers are like secretaries. They just need 1 skill set - typing speed.
Program manager here in modem team are essentially folks that cover up and like to"create stories" to point fingers at other teams for their failures.
