Did the "we're doing great but have to let you go" plot work at East? Anyone know if they hit the numbers?

word is they got 20 people.....HR said "its not enough "
They did get a good response. Whether or not it was enough to prevent an involuntary layoff, who knows. Curious to see if the recent crop of marketing types will be reduced.
