there's no way for apple to lose in the bay area court. Jury will not allow it. Apple also won for samsung case. and every claim apple is doing against qcom about double dipping makes lots of sense to all.
QC is losing like cases - not winning them. We are no longer the Gorilla in the room we are the chimpanzee.
qcom will dominate laptop, cell phone, iot and every communication beings. It will be the only chip maker survived in next 5 years. apple is just desperated because of the thinner margin. The legal battle has to be settled at some point for them as well. apple did not win the battle with samsung either. Judge this time is the same one before.
