COP has major issues and until the culture changes, the company is doomed. Fire the ELT, RL, and the BOD, without severance. Know for a fact COP overestimating reserves and any employee proving otherwise gets canned. At this point COP practically engaging in fraud.
No new significant discoveries, staff:production ratio way out of line with peers, good unconventional assets depleting faster than can be replenished with the good acerage thoroughly tapped...

When they close Bartlesville there will be a big scramble, like when the music stops finding a chair. Some of those rats have enough influence to displace some of us. Watch and see! How do you think it will be handled?

I'm good at not questioning authority and mindlessly following through on dead end tasks until their illogical and inefficient end. I can also change direction with every fickle top-down whim, because that I have no regard for long term ramifications. Does that make me redundant or is that just future middle management potential?
