Sound like they may be expanding what was already planned for Bartlesville in October. All the corporate support staff that was associated with the assets that have been removed from our portfolio will be reassigned or become part of the layoff. They may use this effort to go ahead and remove some overlapping positions that have been identified.

Yes sir. New structure announced in July/August with implementation Q4. It will coincide with the move to EC3/4 - no need to move folks and then lay them off. Merry Christmas.
