Since the "leadership" is happy to accept reponsibility for the occasional success, including the financial benefits that go with It, then why shouldn't they also accept responsibility for the failures? It's time for layoffs in the executive suite.

No doubt they like to talk about their successes but seldom the failures as evident by the Marcellus transactions. E&P one was overall pretty muted and buried in one third party release did you find the brutal truth regarding the purchaser. Or buying the firm transport we own. Also, how many times in the conpany's mid stream release was it noted the profit made on that deal? I guess it's normal to beat your chest when it makes sense and to ignore and / or to keep quiet about negative issues and facts.
Should've happened a couple years ago. But pride can sometime cause blindness, espically when surrounded by "yes" men
