Thoughts on The Core i9 Extreme Edition i9-7980XE

Full disclosure - I am not with Intel. Since I cannot find a good regular board where knowleledgeable folks discuss similar issues - I wanted to see what you guys think about the future of The Core i9 Extreme Edition i9-7980XE - I've read some online reviews (PC World article below) but, again, wanted to see if folks with some tech and strategic knowledge have opinions here. Thanks...

Anyone with a real job wouldn't be on layoff. Lucky I am retired and yanking you fearful intel people is so fun...

Read Anandtech http://www.anandtech.com/show/11464/intel-announces-skylakex-bringing-18core-hcc-silicon-to-consumers-for-1999

Crazy pricing as the Ryzen and crushing margins are coming. Huge 14nm die as 10nm is nowhere can it be found! Gone is Intel ability to use 2-3 year process leadership to crush AMD. No where for Intel to hide marginal design as they now also have no process to hide it, expect more ACTs!
