We IT workers are exploited and made to work 60 hours a week and just kicked out like dirt threatened with career ruin by falsely labelling as non performer.

Great. This only proves that justice prevails. Raj Mehta(president) and the CEO is giving false statements to the whole world and internally asking the puppet HR to force voluntary resignations. These 2 unethical guys are actually 4th Rated (MS) persons who are unable to tackle the stakeholders.... failed in their job and subjecting to unfair and illegal practice.
