What's a typical bonus for senior staff engineer (salary %) and rsu numbers?
They were cagey about on the interview.

In my experience, senior staff gets a $10k bonus (and/or 100 shares vesting over 5 years) when the company is short on cash - and $0 when the company has LOTS of cash because that cash belongs to management, not to grunts.
Remember what you got in your review after you made that level? Presumably it's a guarantee you'll get a 3 rate.
Mine was 21k annual and about 1,000 RSUs for a rating of 6
