In the last 1-2 years, a very large number of mostly Indian women were hired into engineering. Filling the quota with foreigners is an easy path. There is a “virtually infinite” source of Indian and Asian engineers (2.6 billion people in India & China, compared to America’s 0.319 billion). Such approach removes the incentive to the American system to improve the ecosystem (home, culture, educational funding, corporate culture, etc.) which American women would need to enhance their numbers in STEM. In addition, positions that would have been available to them, are now taken. Basic economics teaches that any extra supply has to lower prices (wages), let alone a very large one.

Liberals answer: Diversity is good.
But the problem is Liberals does not travel. If they have traveled to India, Pakistan, Afganistan, Bangladesh etc, they will know that the Asian Black is good for politics only. They can't live and assimilate with others....heck they can't even live with their own kind
