Not a bad deal, but not a slam-dunk deal either. Probably more appealing to the person who was thinking of retiring in the next 12 months anyway. Strangest part was the letter announcing the package which started out telling us how great business is, then got to the part about "we need to reduce staff."
Gotta pay for that flashy demo center in the first floor somehow.
Non-reps just got notice. Not a bad deal if you can afford it.
Hopefully they hit their number with voluntary folks so they don't have to go to involuntary.
