Can anyone explain how there are 3 OilSands Finance Supervisors with a total of 5 direct reports under them? I've got a COST Saving idea...

The latest update is there are actually 2 team leads now but with 10 reports total. What moron made that decision? There was less people before, so not sure how it is COST savings by removing one lead but adding 5 more people.
The operations team is no differemt. The field is even worse. And they're getting all sorts of premiums.
Which one(s) of the 3 managers do you propose to let go: Moe, Larry or Curly?

LOL, just because those "lazy employees" are not working hard. 3 supervisors have to book a lot of meeting to discuss how to make sure those "lazy employees" working hard. 1 supervisor monitor 1 employee... and they may need two more supervisors ....
I imagine it requires many resources and is a difficult task to keep track of how much money the Surmont assets lose daily...
