Unfair decision by management have many employees looking for other jobs. Employees still working at dril quip are planning a strike today and stop work. The best this company can do is to throw a one cooler crawfish boil at a local pub. Instead of trying to help employees with their wages like the president of the company said ( I just don't want to give away or throw out money) basically he is saying all the employees on the shop floor is a waste of money. What did management think what would happen ? Getting a speech like that people are going to strike today and stop work to bad for dril quip should of taken care of their employees instead of making them feel like a waste of money. Who cares about DQE anyway, that's a sinking ship. All will be pulled back to motherland at some point. Rumours flowing that DQE are having to employ old rejects as can't get anyone else.
