What is someone just starting out supposed to do for the next 40 years?
Will oil and gas just be 40 years of being stressed out and worried??

If middle managers are any good at flipping burgers they will still have a career.
Middle management should be quaking in their boots....the Reaper cometh and they have no chance of getting similar positions in other companies as they would never pass the basic interview. See ya deluded s---ers😝
Never safe. You are never safe anywhere, when you are working for the other guy. If someone doesn't like you, you could be a goner. But that isn't just Schlumberger, that every company.
So they need a new face/CEO just to lay off more people?
Too busy creating new positions for the top heavy management. But next CEO will bring new insight as to the size of company we need to do the job.
There will be no more massive layoffs. The previous post was just personal opinion.
