Good Bye to my coworkers in enrollment and my past friends in the QC. It's been great passing information back and forth on what is happening at UoP. At least we brought some transparency to operations. Uop is not a bad place to work it is just a bi polar experience. The lower levels of operations focuses on the student's well being. The higher levels focus on making money. The problem is the money decisions always override the student's well being. Remember the slogan, what is good for the student is good for UoP. That was never the case. The true slogan is what is good with making money and is acceptable to the student and is legally within the bounds of the law is good for the student. Good Bye all.

Joe was big part of problem. All executives were looking out for themselves and their retirement. They should have been paid based on results and not given so much exclusive power to negotiate their own golden parachutes while long term employees are out the door with no severance pay or benefits. Thanx Joe.
Anybody that saw something going wrong and tried to stand up or speak up for students is for the most part gone. They pumped up their managers to do the dirty work and then will get rid of those people as well. The new management won't be able to fix all the damage that's been done by previous management that made sure they had their golden parachutes in place. Being rewarded for what they did and how that affected so many students and employees is truly sad.
I couldn't agree more this is why I am leaving as Well. My count down is officially started. When the economy is good you better treat your good people right or they will leave.
I remember Joe D'Amico making the comment of "what's good for the student is good for us" or something along those lines. We all smiled and thought "riiiiiiiiiiiight". Sure enough, we were shot down when trying to ask questions for the benefit of the student. Turns out, only level 17 and higher could make those choices. Made it tough to get anything done.
Say hi to Dr.Sperling
