those who are in projects are released and terminated in cognizant,so well you know what will happen if you are in bench,try to move to a good company fast,
Switch company keep working on same technology and domain.
They are cycling Good employees using needless benching to keep morale low.
The bench is never good.
Never.
Today, even more so.
You betcha. Would it be ok for a soldier to go on a vacation when the army is getting deployed for war.
