Cognizant has already laid off more than 7500 from start of April,HR is calling employees and forcing them to resign,this is still continuing, Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Pune, Kolkata everywhere its happening

I am a CTS employee, for entire year I was billable resource in-spite of that my supervisor gave me MS rating. I got appreciation mail from client and and onshore manager after first and second release of project. Now in ESA my assignment end date is June 15, means after this date most probability CTS will layoff me after this date.
I have taken as evidence for appreciation mail and my nearly 100% utilization for entire year and other communication mail with my director regarding the same. Can any one suggest me what I can take legal action with labor department if CTS will force me for resignation. As I am employee right now till June 15, so please let me know that what type of evidence I have needed to collect for future legal action if i will take against CTS.
Employees need jobs to support their families, pay rent for their homes, pay school fees for their children and take care of aged parents. They would have committed to pay EMI's for buying home or vehicle. May the employees who have lost jobs, get new jobs asap . I will pray for every one.
