So it's funny that Eddie is screaming from the mountain top about how he will take a stand and sue One World,but hasn't screamed from the same mountain top about getting sued and losing a lawsuit over a patent he stole from someone else.

Sears also just lost an 8 million dollar class action in California over wages to commissioned associates.
I do not know when it was filed. The judgment against Sears was and for Merit Diamonds was made on April 13th; for a paltry $90,000.
Didn't know about the jewelry suit. Knew about the tool suit. When was the jewelry suit filed ?
That is two patents. The jewelry patent violation was not the only one. Sears had a 2nd violation with a tool vendor as well.
