Boy, the morale is at a all time low and management should be reconsidered,, got some people that have no leadership experience. Mostly yes men and we keep losing all the good ones. Baker iwocs 2.0 coming in nicely . Hoping for a turn around

So true, sad really that once a proud company is now full of 'yes-men'. If only we could only turn the clock back to a time when this company encouraged positive forward thinking rather than spin!

Sad all the real leaders are gone. Survey just about cleared out. If the oilfield ever does come back, there will be no one at OI with any experience or talent.
