The rest of the market is a joke right now, so if you aren't convinced you can make a killing selling NetApp, you should look in the mirror, because that is where the problem is.
BINGO - Internal competitiveness is in fact a problem. Product Managers fighting with partners who they feel are competitive. The Altavault Product Manager is consistently advising sales staff against partnering with third party data protection vendors. He claims NetApp doesn't need to partner and we have the best solutions already in house. It's "visionaries" like him who need to be terminated.
Excellent leadership, toxic personalities still swirling about trying to treat the rest of the portfolio as "the competition" instead of learning how to position it.
