don't join this company.they are removing the people with the low level only. top management is safe since they are close to CEO.
It is an exploitation of an employee by this syntel management - which thinks employees are like slaves and this attitude is drilled down from Top to Bottom Management layers. It is GUJJU mentality, supported by Local Lungi Gangs.
