Of course they care about POSITIVE feedback. It helps justify THEIR large bonuses and perks. Negative feedback = you get more work, lower raises if any, and low to no bonuses since you're helping show the area is falling short. THEY still get the same large bonuses and perks. In the future don't fill it out. Rationale - you were too busy changing and running the business. Leave the sweat shop. Many other options out there.
