Qcom victory? Share what your smoking please. After being fined by S. Korea 865 million - China 975 million - Broadcom putting a spanking on our behinds years ago you think we have a leg to stand on? Apple - FTC and all others that come along will prevail. QC never wins the big cases. We're a sad little company these days. We will spend millions defending ourselves which will be a futile effort - we might as well GFO
That is almost never true and definitely not true in this case.
Ftc has no case here
I would say buy Qstocks now and when the cloud clears, sell em at hugeeeeee profit
Public perception matters. The jury is going to be selected from the public. I hope a laid off person manages to get selected.
From what I've read, Qcom is on strong legal grounds. The issue is the public perception of what Qcom is doing is not favorable to Qcom. Those companies are hoping that public perception will help them win.
It is not about the size of the dog in the fight but about the size of fight in the dog
Blood is in the water...Sharks are smelling blood..all attacking Qcom licensing business model...how long can it survive?
Qualcomm is not the lion. Qualcomm is a much smaller company financially than Apple and Samsung, and about equal to Intel.
Dogs hunt in pack... they still cannot do anything to the Lion
Qcom will come out victorious.
Is about time, pack your stuff and go!!!
