We need to do better when it comes to wages. I am not sure if there was any layoffs at BHH but I know that people are not paid well, so let's have those wages go up so people can afford decent living. If you compare wages here at Bakersfield Heart Hospital with some wages in LA or in the Bay Area you will notice that we are:
