Well it certainly seems like oil shale is taking over ... once this goes international it's all over for conventional, deepwater and oil shale.

Ouchh ... CTO forecast shale boom four years ago and the company chooses to sell high cost assets at a bittom.
Our Chief Technology Guru forecast this 4 years ago. It's only a matter of time, costs, taxes, and oil prices.
Fracing requires huge amounts of fresh water and sand. Many countries don't have the abundance and easy access like in U.S. Makes fracing cost effective,
