Restructuring is happening. I am part of it. My MM moved me to a high volume store in my market last month. High performing Co's are going to be "moved" to be protected. Not sure what the magic number is or the timeframe, but it is happening.
Those changes have taken place for the 90million earlier this year but the 80 and below stores have not done away with co managers. Change is hard, and gainful employment even harder after you spent all this time with a company. So what is the magic number for zero co managers?
It is going to happen at some point. For months now the MMs have had the new template. Under $90 mil have 2 co managers per facility. Low volume will have none. It's real.
I do not believe this to be true, and I think you are posting to create issues. The loss of gainful employment is hard enough when true, why would you post such a thing
