Yes, finally the PIP program is going to get kicked off shortly for onsite folks with 4th rating by the talent mgmt....
Are you a lateral hire ? What is your rating? I didn't hear anyone in US getting PIP. You should be good if you clear the interview but i advise you to start looking for jobs outside too.
Yes it is true. People irrespective of billable or non billable are given 4th bucket and are facing heat from the month of March. It is systematic termination where Associates with around 10 years of experince are targeted. They will be soon replaced by freshers. There is no PIP or warning. HR will call and ask to resign ourselves. Even resources with good rating and are in bench are given 2 months to find a project else they too will be sacked. The problem there is no projects and lots of people in bench and it is quite diffcult to get a project. People should not reject any projects citing technology or location preference, else they are getting mouthful from the GWFM. GWFM is treating employees badly who are in bench.
I had meeting with my manager today.. I have been put on Performance Improvement Plan... i am in USA... please comment if anyone else is going through same...
He said there will be assessment at the end of the PIP... I take it as that they have started layoff process.... Please comment..
