Pinocchio (aka Paal) is a liar. He lied about "compressed coiled spring". He also lied about "layoffs" so many times!

Interesting how he worded that meaning all industry players must challenge the status quo. Here's a tip Paal, why don't you focus on making your own business successful instead of trying to marginalize your workers and competition while lining your pockets. Being left behind in the markets is a result of poor management.
