Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

It was bad enough being understaffed in technical departments and now you're gonna have people who don't know a thing! I worked RTM but I generated leads, assembled, got credit, repaired, etc. I've seen HUGE jobs spring up out of just the right question being asked and approach being taken. I'm talking 40k cabinet orders, fleets of lawncare equipment, multiple backup generators, etc. Nobody working part time, if they even cared, could have time to figure this all out -- and I didn't say recall they're training because that's not going to happen. Lowe's wants people to design stuff online and just set it up that way. Such a daunting task for so many. I consider myself handy and I would have numerous questions for people in departments that knew what the hell they were doing when my internet searches kept me puzzled. I can't tell you how many times I had to leave my work to help a disgruntled customer when a full time person or department manager didn't give them the level of service that they should have had. Soon there won't be ANYBODY to fix any of those situations.

thats about right. niblock gets raises and bonus money all day long and they can't afford to give me a lousy 2% cost of living increase! about 80% of the employees at store 1077 in jefferson city mo. think that this store - company really s---s. the other 10% are too busy playing on personal phones to care and that last 10% are to new to have formed a opinion . in another few years lowes will only hire part timers and will become just like walmart where most of the staff dont give a rats a--. lowes a top 40 company on the stock exchange now, but if they keep the trend it's on soon to be above 500 on the exchange

It will continue to be popped up with hope of CHANGE. Yet in the long run it will catch up.. This ship is sinking.. Last rat off goes down with it. It won't be fat pig Niblock
