My manager and I discussed merit increase but there is complete silence on ICP. Has it been paid out? When will it be paid ?

You will find out the payout amount on July 14. Payment will be made the end of August (25) with July commission.
Pay day is end of August with July commission. Read your email or email James Sweeney direct. There's no one hiding anything.
