Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

We heard and were told in Jacksonville, FL that we had up to 5 years. As everyone clapped you could or should have read between the lines. Up to? We are still under constant review and people are jumping ship. They cant retain employees. If the management likes you and favors you..will be ok but most supervisor who have been there a long time are passive agressive, negative, condsending all out mean. There are a few who have their employees backs but for the most part your treated horible. Training classes in Jacksonville jumped ship and the pay is under what most call centers pay but to hear managment we are lucky to be there. Insurance now has a 2500.00 deductible on medical and Lord help you if you call out or use the time off given. Management is unsympathic all while requiing you to be perfect. After all these years I am ready to leave. Thry are unrealistc. So since trying to hang on and look for work with 300 other employees.
