Thread regarding Coca-Cola Co. layoffs

Company it terrible

I have been working at the plant for 16 years, and the new management that came in just worry about money, theirs no concern for peoples safety and well being, some of the workers have been force to work overtime with the treat of loosing your job if you refuse. Our warehouse supervisor doesn't believe in seniority instead when he arrive at our plant from a different plant he brought all the people that work there with him, not only that they were giving positions over the workers that have work there for years. I got 9 more years to get my pension and oh God am i out of there.

I worked in Oregon one. High turnover no layoffs I quit because management did not fix some HR issues I asked multiple times. One lady in office saying discriminatory things to me on 3 occasions I asked it to be addressed each time it happened I was over it.

One lady who was Bully created hostile work environment cussing throwing things throwing money papers her cellphone, doing in front of Corporate on top of that the new distributor who bought CCR.

This woman also Disrespecting the drivers after 12-14 hour day they don't deserve to be yelled at by someone someone in top of that wad beyond lazy didn't know how to do their own job. It was pretty awful they allowed that.

Maybe just addressing big issues workers would make a difference management needs to grow a pair they were constantly being ran over by spoiled, lazy, egotistical employees
