Looks like doing better. Still think it will go out of business? Still hiring freshers.
DD and DM have sarted side business long back and have fully established businesses and half down flats earning 30K rent each per month.
2015 layoff was bonanze as DD and DM given 1 lakh per person for replacing each sernior person with fresher.
fedex MSO dd in pune reaped a cool 90lakh firing 100 senior employees with school and college going kids.
Layoff will go for another 2 weeks.already new trainees are pumped in. So in this quarterly result headcount will be matched to previous one
RK is only a guest in syntel for few weeks.

They are saving Top level folks only who don't know how to even write a basic piece of code.
It's time to fire these DM, DD, VP.
You'd have to be desperate to apply for work now at Syntel. ANYPLACE else is a better option. Worst, narcissistic managers, oblivious to their years of decline against superior competition. BD insulated himself with yes-men, and losers. And now paying the price of failure. Sales management is a particular area of embarrassment from a lazy, pot-bellied has-been, who is laughed at everywhere he goes.
