The Good Ole Boys of BHI needs to end and hope it does!!! It should be easy to see for GE. Enough is enough ...... been going on too long.

I worked for another company where GE took over. Watch out Manager’s they like there own and if they do decide to keep a few they only choose the Well Educated [Masters &PHD] who are willing to transfer around to various GE locations. Defiantly not the kind of level of management at BHI
GE will be horrified of the Euro Dandies buddy system and White Trash Good Ole Boys of BHI. It will not take long for GE to see this trash for what it is. I see GE moving many mid level managers into key positions when they realize all the nonsense that has been going on here.
Couple of newbies at BoD have come from GE. The new Quality Manager is coming from GE. Surely they wouldn't apply for a job at BoD if they knew or thought BoD faced closure after the merger?
