Everyone is just a #. Next week they will have a whole new set of GM coming out of VA. For 1\3 of the wage. The said thing is after you become GM. There is only 1place to go after that. OUT THE DOOR. Its no w worth the money. They put you on salary and you must work 50 hours a week. Not worth it. My GM keeps wanting me to do the CARS program. Sorry dont think so. I will keep my hourly rate. Plus you all cry when I hit 40.01 hours but want to make me work 50 a week. Dont think so. Cut all you want. Theres other jobs out there.
