Have not been in the Lowe's family that long. Decided to stay because it was different co workers were friendly and very helpful from management down . Now every one that made me feel welcome are all just about gone or going. it is sad to hear the customers complain because there is not enough help and no one has the answers to their questions.
Which is the result of laying off people who truly cared about the customer and doing a job well. It is not evident any more atour store customers are being greatly neglected and getting pissed and going else where.
Being in retail most my adult life I see nothing but a big mess caused by greed once again of a CEO and and his board who make more money than God and do nothing to deserve it it is a very sad story and it will not get any better I am sure
