No hours in the stores, it's about customer service, which we have none. You can't have 2 people on and look up parts, answer the phone, install batteries and wipers, and do all the other vs you need to do to get the job done. This company will be the next Sears/K-mart.

Agree! They make us do deliveries and leave one person only in the store on a sat morning! Come on what other company does this?!!
We Got Rid off Several Old Advance people to free up money for what certainly not the stores !

I do not think the person who posted this has a negative attitude, just speaking out of frustration of what we really do. I work in the same situation at Advance, the Oreilys up the road from me has a minimum of 4 people on at all times and have taken a big chunk of our stores business, we here it from our customers all the time. We smile, do our best to help them and keep moving forward.
Seriously? With employees who have negative attitudes like this I sincerely hope they are among the departed. I have saw more positive and happy people that negative. Sounds like it was time to weed the yard.
Wages in the stores are terrible, moral is low. Advance Auto is robbing their retail employees. Low level employees are the ones making the sales and interacting with the customers. The upper management is A bunch of gutless, greedy and entitled brats hiding behind the curtain, living extravagant lives compared to the store employees you'll see who are expected to live off about $475 every two weeks.
