The number could be 5-15K total. I know that seems outrageous and I hope it is, but the company is preparing to be sold. That is why no announcements has been made and no WARN notice ins in NC or VA.

That was 2014, I'm hearing much smaller packages this time around. That is unless you have a golden parachute.
In 2014 AAP offered a severance package to employees who didn't want to move with their job from Roanoke to Raleigh. The package was different depending on your pay grade. The average pay grade got a minimum of 2mo salary, or 1 week for every year you were employed with the company.
Does anyone know what kind of severance pay they got .its sad that they lost there job ,but I hope they at least got a pretty decent package deal
Easy to hid behind anonymous and make wild statements that have no basis. Reality a company over staffed in people who do no touch the customer is fixing that.
5k is way too much
