Company experience doesn't count, FRIENDSHIP with Managers and Senior Managers will be the steps for getting Lead and Managers positions.
I am with the company for more than 15 years now no promotion yet, but just 4 year experience man in the company is promoted as manager and 20% pay hike, and now I know the answer how the promotion agenda is working
6th floor is stinking with favoritism and prejudice in building the teams and bringing in their own contractors as a side business , we carry the travelers legacy into enclave too, that is bad, but there is no other go, I have to work among these rotten .....let me raise my concern on coming Thursday in the town hall.
How can you spare the QTC ? One side they are rolling off the employees,but there are 3 contractors still in QTC? Specially an employee converted to a "High Paid " contractor recently . SCM manager is a good friend of senior manager - and that's what brought him to 6th Floor and not on merit basis, so better learn to lick the As****, you will become a manager... you grow in your career if you are a best lick "er" (but all these people political game is coming to an end in the next couple of months say in Middle of September 2017)

I think few let go today, because I saw couple of people at 6th floor near HR managers room around 5:00 PM
Hooray WOW!!! unbelievable to see how Cameron IT was running earlier, but I don't see a big difference even today, because Indian managers are traded with other Indian managers, ha ha ha!!!!!!!
QTC is good now , but not SCM - the reasons are quiet evident.

Indian team leads are always selfish and A**Holes few exceptions are there. The BSO team will be soon managed by SLB managers and all the old Indian nexus network will be removed.
All the corrupted and "Indian Family-Friend" brand members have to exit , there is no excuse, even your current senior manager will be moved soon away from that position plus that director .......
2 of the PTR sustain members were eliminated as targeted and 2 more left still (1 in ITT & 1 in Cameron ) (that whole PTR team was nasty and ugly ) Plus one more in India. The whole corrupt gang was hired by that short man now in ITT.

We Smith employees gone thru the same atrocities by the managers and this is their style so I am not surprised. Last time when I spoke to one of my friend she said right now SLB has only 2% Smith people left and all others let go on their own or these people axed them saying their role is not needed anymore
