What is the future of Baker Finance folks after the merger? Do they have a job in new company?

Time for GE to get rid of all of the Baker VP,s directors , and managers . Bring in some real management ! Time to carry the trash out !
This bunch has ruined their last company , hope none of them get inside BJS
About the same prospects as a directional driller, your going down the plug hole....
The combined companies expect to generate $2B of synergies by 2020, primarily driven by head count reduction of BHI support functions and facilities closures.
Hardly 10% of Baker support function head count will survive.
All support functions will be dominated by GE.
