Thread regarding Advance Auto Parts Inc. layoffs

I am a GM and I call to complain...

PDQ not delivering on TIME cost our stores LOTS of money people and Professional shops going to our competitors.

And now it's COST US GREAT DL's and GM's its not the store's its PDQ can't get there stuff together.

I am a GM and I call to complain but its our fault is all I get from our drivers I work my MORE hours than I get paid for guess what I get paid on a 40 hr base. but have to work 50 it would be nice to just work 50. so I don't want to hear its not PDQ's and Advance Auto Parts fault anymore.

I am a GM I work all the time even on Vacation.

Ever since they outsourced the pdq driver positions the once nearly flawless PDQ system has been substandard. The system does not even show accurate cut offs or delivery times. This combined with parts fleet mouth breathers has destroyed rekiability and credibility with customers.

Dear mister GM, I am a team lead for a pdq department and if you're receiving the wrong parts or not on time then contact the HR department instead of the pdq clerks office. And stop complaining like it's pdqs fault the layoffs. At least act a little more professional.
